Inca Trail With Two New Hips

I would not go out and recommend this plan to just anyone, but in this case we made it work. A shout out to my Mom who, only 6 months post two new hips, walked the Inca trail for 24 miles, 5 to 8 miles a day. There were many squats, many stairs and many miles walked that got her to this adventure. This anniversary trip was on the books for a few years, the hips were needed, it had to happen. So we made sure it did!
