Barefoot to Strong Feet

Keep those baby toes barefoot! This is the most productive way to keep strong, mobile feet. Feet that can react to our busy days and hold our bodies upright. Toes that can splay and react as we walk, jump and run. These are the feet that keep us young. Give kids a head start by keeping them out of shoes and running around barefoot. This can last a lifetime just as long as we continue to play barefoot as adults. Enjoy the sand between your toes and the rocks under your feet. Your youthful body will thank you!!!
