Insurance Program

We are taking INSURANCE!!!!!

  1. We are credentialed with Aetna and UHC.

  2. We credentialing applications in with Medicaid, Medicare, and Cigna

  3. TriCare, BCBS, HealthPartners and Medica coming soon.

  4. We are equiped to bill for MVA and workers comp.

  5. When you schedule and appointment you will be asked to input your insurance information.

At your visit for you specific case, your therapist will evaluate and treat that case. They will then assign a specific number of appointments allotted to treat that case under insurance. Those appointments will be scheduled immediately following the 1st visit.
